Essential Healing

'Essential Healing' is a Peterborough-based Aromatherapy practice that provides professional holistic treatments to people in all walks of life. Services offered include Aromatherapy Massage, Swedish massage, Reiki Healing and Detox Foot Spa treatments. Each service helps provide good health and wellbeing to all clients.

Aromatherapy Massage is a form of massage using Essential oils. Essential oils are concentrated plant-derived oils with healing properties. Every essential oil has its own specific healing properties. Benefits from an Aromatherapy massage include relaxation, relief from stress, tension, muscular aches and pains, arthritis and many other ailments. It can bring a deep sense of wellbeing. Full body and back treatments/ massages are available for men and women.

Reiki is a form of hands-on healing. It helps provide balance and relaxation to the body on all levels – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Detox Foot Spa treatments are available to help detoxify your body, revitalise your energy and improve your health! It re-balances the body by removing negative ions in the lymphatic system, thus creating renewed energy and a greater feeling of health and wellbeing.

Janet offers treatments at her practice in Walton, Peterborough Cambridgeshire. Home visits are available in special circumstances within 15 miles of Peterborough town centre.

Janet is a fully insured member of the Complementary Therapists Association and is licensed to carry out the therapies mentioned above.
