Reiki
Reiki is a form of hands on healing and helps bring balance to the body. It helps the energy flow more freely and is given to the client by placing hands on the body. Reiki helps on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. A full treatment lasts one hour. Shorter treatments are also available.
The client remains fully clothed during the treatment. A blanket is used, if required, for extra warmth. A normal treatment would cover both the back and front of the body, unless the client requires treatment on only one side. Energy generally travels to where it is needed.
