Crystal Healing
Crystals are natural rock formations that hold a high vibration and help to release blocks in the energy field. There are hundreds of variations and colours, shapes and sizes; which in turn have different qualities that help release or enhance one's energy.
One of the more common ways of using crystal healing is to balance the charkras. Chakras are energy points and relate to different parts of the body. We have thousands of smaller chakras and it is widely recognised that we have seven main ones; Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. Clearing and balancing the chakras with crystals, colour and healing energy is just one way of promoting health and well-being. Janet uses a special selection of healing crystals to help release blocks and enhance the energy system in order to achieve this.
